Celebrities are known for making high-profile changes to their real estate portfolios and 2024 was no different.

From luxurious mansions in London and penthouses in Dubai to sprawling estates in Los Angeles and chic New York apartments, Mansion Global reported some of the most notable celebrity real estate transactions.

Following months of speculation about their separation, Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck listed their Los Angeles mansion for sale in July for $68 million.

The 38,000-square-foot estate on about five acres was built in 2000 in a gated community. It has 12 bedrooms and 24 bathrooms.

The property offers resort-style amenities, including a V-shaped pool with views of the surrounding hills, a detached two-bedroom guardhouse and a 5,000-square-foot guest penthouse.

Recreational facilities include an indoor sports court with an adjacent gym and games room.

In February, Garden Lodge, the eccentric London home the late Queen frontman Freddie Mercury designed to reflect his flamboyant personality, hit the market with an asking price exceeding $38 million.

In May, global superstar Rihanna sold her penthouse in Los Angeles' Century City, previously owned by the late actor Matthew Perry.

The billionaire pop star and businessperson had listed the 40th-floor residence for $24.95 million and found a buyer within two months.

The four-bedroom home has panoramic views of the city skyline and the Pacific Ocean. Interior highlights include a grand great room with soaring ceilings, a cozy library with a fireplace, a dedicated screening room, a chef's kitchen and a large family room.

John Fogerty, the iconic frontman of Creedence Clearwater Revival, listed his recently acquired Hidden Hills, California, estate for $21.5 million.

Fogerty purchased the 10,460-square-foot equestrian property from Sylvester Stallone in October 2023 for $17.2 million.

Pop sensation Lisa, a South Korean girl group Blackpink member, has added a newly renovated Beverly Hills getaway to her property portfolio. She purchased the property for $3.95 million.

The 27-year-old Thai rapper, singer and dancer, whose legal name is Lalisa Manobal, debuted with Blackpink in 2016 and released her first solo album in 2021. She is set to make her acting debut in the third season of HBO's "The White Lotus."

The 3,387-square-foot residence in Coldwater Canyon has a vine-covered exterior, a clay tile roof, stone flooring and vaulted wood ceilings.
