Tom Brady is throwing Miami-area realtors for a loop by whisper-listing his waterfront estate on Florida's ultra-exclusive Indian Creek Island.
With property values soaring since Jeff Bezos bought properties on the island, sources told Bloomberg that the NFL great is showing his lavish compound to a few private prospective buyers and that bids have already surpassed $150 million. By "whisper listing" the property, only a few private buyers can view or bid on the home, keeping the vast majority of realtors out of the loop.

If the home sells for $150 million, it would break hedge fund titan Ken Griffin's Coconut Grove record purchase, which cost $107 million in 2022. Brady built his Indian Creek Island home after purchasing the lot for $17 million in 2020 with ex-wife and supermodel Gisele Bündchen. The property comprises a two-story waterfront home, a separate gym, and a cabana.
A Lucrative Playing Career
According to Celebrity Net Worth, Brady has a net worth of $300 million. His ex-wife, Gisele Bündchen, has a net worth of $400 million. Combined, the power couple had a net worth of $650 million before their divorce. Most of Brady's money has come from his playing career — firstly and most famously with the New England Patriots, where he won six Super Bowls. He then won a championship with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, who he joined in 2020 on a two-year $50 million contract that included $9 million in incentive bonuses. He retired, but he returned for the 2022 season on a $15 million contract. By the end of his NFL career, Brady had earned $473 million from salary and endorsements.

Fox Sports Contract
In May 2022, Brady signed a 10-year $375 million deal to join the Fox Sports broadcasting booth for NFL games — the largest contract in sportscasting history. Despite his lucrative contract, there has been recent conjecture, seized upon by the Daily Mail — that Brady could walk away from his TV commitments to be the head coach of the Las Vegas Raiders, a team he has a 10% ownership stake in with Tom Wagner, co-founder of Knighted Capital.
Real Estate
Brady and his ex-wife have bought and sold multiple high-end homes over the years, including a 14,000-square-foot home in the upscale Los Angeles neighborhood of Brentwood. They lived there for less than a year before selling it to hip-hop super producer Dr. Dre in 2014.

Brady has also had a string of lucrative endorsement/brand ambassador deals, including Hertz car rental. He's a minority owner of the WNBA's Las Vegas Aces, owner of Team Brady in Union Internationale Motonautique, a new electric race boat competition, and minority owner of Birmingham City FC, a storied English soccer team playing the country's second tier.
Delta Air Lines DAL announced in 2023 that it hired Brady as a strategic advisor. According to CNN, he will "work on internal employee training and appear in external advertising campaigns."
