Lisa Vanderpump, known for starring in Bravo's "Vanderpump Rules" and "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills," is expanding her footprint in Las Vegas. The 64-year-old has partnered with Caesars Entertainment again to open The Vanderpump Hotel.
Vanderpump is a restaurateur and entrepreneur who owns a slew of restaurants with her husband, Ken Todd, including SUR, TomTom and Villa Blanca, which have all been featured on the Bravo shows. This isn't the realty TV star's first venture in Vegas, as she worked with Caesars Entertainment to open Vanderpump Cocktail Garden at Caesars Palace in 2019, Vanderpump à Paris at Paris Las Vegas in 2022 and Pinky's by Vanderpump inside of Flamingo Las Vegas at the end of 2024.

The Vanderpump Hotel will take over The Cromwell, a boutique hotel at the corner of Las Vegas Boulevard and Flamingo Road. It's expected to feature 188 rooms, including 19 suites. Vanderpump's design partner, Nick Alain, will work on the project, which is set to open in early 2026. Vanderpump is known for her affluent, glamorous lifestyle, and guests can experience that in the "attainable luxury" hotel, as she described it, along with words like "unique, playful and upscale."
""It’s a very different challenge because it’s an existing building than what we’ve created before, [where] we literally built a casino floor into a restaurant,” Vanderpump told People. “We’re going to be working with the parameters of the hotel walls. It’s not like we are knocking anything down but we’re refurbishing all the rooms. It’s great that it’s a boutique hotel and it’s on The Strip. It’s just a wonderful project for the Vanderpump brand."

Although Vanderpump has a strong portfolio of eateries and bars, this is her first venture in hotels. But like those restaurants, she'll bring the sexy, elegant style her establishments are known for.
"We've had a phenomenal partnership with Lisa, developing three very successful restaurants in Las Vegas," Sean McBurney, regional president of Caesars Entertainment, said in a statement. "Now we get to take Lisa's vision and expertise to the next level – infusing her talent and creativity into an entire hotel at the most incredible location on the Las Vegas Strip. Nowhere else in the world can guests experience The Vanderpump Hotel, and we couldn't be more proud to debut it."
The Cromwell will continue to function during the complete renovation into The Vanderpump Hotel. It's currently home to Giada De Laurentiis' restaurant GIADA, Drai's Beachclub and Nightclub, Drai's After Hours, Bound lobby bar, Interlude casino lounge and a Caesars Sportsbook.
