Heather and Dr. Terry Dubrow are saying goodbye to their Beverly Hills home. The actress and the plastic surgeon, who rose to fame on Bravo's "The Real Housewives of Orange County" and E!'s "Botched," are known for their extravagant homes, but they're looking to lean into apartment life.
In 2023, the Dubrows purchased the Beverly Hills property for $16.1 million. It was documented on season 18 of "The Real Housewives of Orange County," which is where Heather explained that the owners originally wanted to sell the home for a price in the low $40 million range. So, they got a major price reduction on what Heather said in an Instagram post was being turned into "The Dubrow dream house." They were expecting the venture to take three years, but now, less than two years and substantial renovations later, the home has been listed for $25 million, a $8.9 million difference from what they paid for it.

"I don't know anywhere else you can get eight prime acres sitting on top of Beverly Hills completely unobstructed anywhere near this price point," Josh told TMZ. He also said that it's one of the best investment opportunities he's ever seen, and the new owners have a lot of room to customize it.

The Dubrows are no strangers to real estate. In 2022, they sold their Orange County mega-mansion for a record-breaking $55 million. Dubbed Dubrow Chateau, the 22,000-square-foot property featured 14 bathrooms and a dedicated champagne room.
So, where are Heather and Dr. Terry headed? They'll be embracing apartment life. In 2022, the couple purchased a penthouse in Los Angeles. They're close to being empty nesters, as their four kids have grown up since premiering on Bravo. Plus, Josh said that the couple would rather travel than stay at home. Now, we wait to see if someone with deep pockets scoops up the couple's latest mansion.
