Antonio "LA" Reid has relisted his Bel Air mansion for the fifth time since purchasing it over eight years ago, according to the Zillow listing. The Grammy Award-winning record executive, producer and songwriter, known for launching the careers of Usher, Justin Bieber, Avril Lavigne and more, has put the property back on the market with a shiny-new price tag. The Oppenheim Group, from Jason and Brett Oppenheim of Netflix's "Selling Sunset," have Bel Air Road listing.

- Arrived Home's Private Credit Fund’s has historically paid an annualized dividend yield of 8.1%*, which provides access to a pool of short-term loans backed by residential real estate with just a $100 minimum.
- BlackRock is calling 2025 the year of alternative assets. One firm from NYC has quietly built a group of 60,000+ investors who have all joined in on an alt asset class previously exclusive to billionaires like Bezos and Gates.
Seven bedrooms and 10 bathrooms contribute to the 11,104 square feet of living space, though it offers an acre of land. The mansion encourages indoor/outdoor living with its floor-to-ceiling windows and retractable glass walls. It features an infinity pool, spa, outdoor kitchen and bar — meaning it's set up for hosting and entertaining. The interior is just as impressive with a home theater and an en-suite bar, a 300-bottle glass wine cellar and fully equipped gym. The property is situated near the Stone Canyon Reservoir.
Reid purchased the home in 2016, shortly after it was built, for almost $18 million, according to public records. It was then listed in 2019 for $22.9 million, but the listing was removed after seven months of no luck. In 2022, it was relisted for just under $22 million. Nearly three months later, the price dropped by $2 million, followed by another nearly $2 million drop three months after that.
In December 2022, it was taken off the market. In March 2023, it was relisted for $21.5 million, followed by a $1.5 million drop three months later. In February 2024, the listing was removed and relisted for $17.5 million. It was taken off the market last August. Now, as of this month, it's been listed again for $17.5 million — $1.5 million less than what Reid paid for it in 2016.

Reid must have an eye for real estate, because even Usher has appreciated his style. When Usher was just 13 years old in 1991, he fell in love with Reid's Alpharetta, Georgia home.
"When I first received my record deal with LA Reid, who's married to Perri, Pebbles. [I] came into this house, they owned this house, and I remember walking through it and just being mesmerized at everything that I saw, and just like, man, ‘One day, I want to own a house like this.' And I ended up buying this house. It's history. My history lies in this house," Usher said in BET's "How I'm Living" show.
Usher has seen a lot of success since then, so… maybe he's in the market for Reid's $17.5 million Bel Air mansion?
