A Look Inside Mark Cuban's Homes — Including His Luxury Condo in Trump International Hotel & Tower

Mark Cuban, billionaire entrepreneur and ABC "Shark Tank" star, has quite the real estate portfolio. He doesn't keep his properties to just one area of the country, either. Although he's no longer the majority owner of the Dallas Mavericks, the 66-year-old father of three still has his primary residence in the city. But Cuban didn't always live in the life of luxury.

In 1982, Cuban arrived in Dallas and shared an apartment with five other guys. They split the $600 monthly rental six ways, and Cuban slept in a sleeping bag on the living room floor. To say that Cuban has come a long way since then is a ginormous understatement.

Don't Miss:

It can be difficult to track exactly how many homes someone at this level of wealth has. However, we know that Cuban has at least three properties for assumingly his own personal use. They're all very different and located in very different places.

Mansion in Dallas

Cuban's primary residence is in Preston Hollow, a prestigious neighborhood in Dallas. The eight-bedroom, 10-bathroom home was built in 1997, and Cuban purchased it shortly after, according to Realtor.com.

The details of this home are somewhat kept under wraps. The entrance is blurred out on Google Maps and real estate marketplace websites. However, we do know that it has an in-ground pool, a tennis court and an extravagant driveway. Zillow estimates that it's currently worth nearly $22 million.

Condo in New York

It came out in November that Cuban had quietly owned a condo in Trump International Hotel & Tower in New York. The condo is on the 45th floor, has four bedrooms and six bathrooms and boasts views of Central Park. He bought the 3,700-square-foot property in 2000 for $13.5 million, according to public records. This is particularly interesting, as Cuban has been more than vocal about his dislike for President Donald Trump. It seems that Cuban has held onto the luxury apartment for so long due to the return he'd get on it.

"I bought it 25 years ago. When I looked to sell it a few years ago, the value was more than cut in half," Cuban said in a statement to DailyMail.com. "I got interest at 33m in 2014. In 2018 the best offer I could get was less than half of that."

Aside from the condo itself, One Central Park West is filled with perks. It offers a 24-hour doorman and concierge, swimming pool and spa, fitness center and 24-hour room service.

Mansion in Laguna Beach, California

It looks like Cuban appreciates a good beach house as much as the next person. He owns a Laguna Beach mansion that has views of the Pacific Ocean. According to Zillow and Realtor.com, the home was listed for $26 million, but was purchased at the end of 2018 for $19 million.

Cuban's home is part of The Montage, a wealthy enclave that offers hotel-like amenities. The 7,800-square-foot property has an infinity pool, a walk-in wine cellar and electronic systems for lighting and audio visual. It's practically the definition of indoor-outdoor living, as it has many glass doors and lanai areas to relax, dine and swim.
