Fractional real estate platform Arrived Homes launched new offerings for rental homes this week. 

Fractional real estate allows individual investors to invest in real estate without buying entire properties, which can be expensive and difficult to afford. This type of investment enables investors to receive passive income from rents and potential capital gains without having to deal with the hassle of property management or being a landlord.

With the decentralization of real estate investment through fractional ownership, it has become an increasingly attractive investment vehicle for investors looking to add real estate to their portfolios and benefit from its potential returns.

The Watson

Built in 2023, The Watson is a 1,487-square-foot house with three bedrooms, two bathrooms and an open floor plan. The house has an attached two-car garage and modern finishes. 

Located in Decatur, Alabama, a suburb of Huntsville, The Watson is in an area with a robust and growing economy. Known as Rocket City, Huntsville’s economy is diverse, with aerospace and military technology driving employment and housing demand in the area.

The Holmes is a three-bedroom, two-bath home located in Little Rock, Arkansas. The house features an open floor plan with granite countertops and spacious living areas. Little Rock is Arkansas’ capital and largest city with a population of over 200,000 and growing. 

Little Rock is the state’s epicenter of business, culture and politics, fostering a diverse and growing economy. The economy is driven by various industries including government, education, healthcare, transportation and manufacturing. The job growth and stability of the local economy have driven demand for housing, something that The Holmes is expected to benefit from.

Located in Albuquerque, New Mexico, The Cordero is in what is widely considered the best housing market in the state because of its large population, excellent schools and continued economic investment. The property was purchased for $208,000, has a total fund size of $250,870 and will be rented for $1,395 per month.

The Huntsville metropolitan statistical area (MSA) consistently ranks high on lists assessing the quality of life and ease of business. Known as Rocket City, Huntsville has a diverse and robust economy with many high-income earners working in the military and aerospace.
