Tesla Launches 'Tesla Shareholder Platform' For Events And Other Updates

Despite recent volatility, Tesla Inc TSLA has been one of the best-performing stocks of the past few years, with more than 1,000% gains on the 5-year chart.

A small part of this success is owed to Tesla's dedicated retail shareholders, many of whom claim they will never sell their shares and have lofty price targets for the stock.

Now the company shared on Twitter it has launched its new Tesla Shareholder Platform, which will allow investors to participate in events and receive other benefits. The website is sparse on details but says more will be coming soon.

What We Do Know: After verifying investor status via Say, enrollees are greeted with the following bullet points: 

• Participate in shareholder events
• Vote and submit questions during earnings calls
• More to be announced

Tesla's next annual shareholder meeting is Thursday, August 4, 2022. The company will also livestream the event with updates on the 4680 battery ramp, Full Self Driving, and Austin and Berlin factories expected.
