Lennar, Oracle, Seagate On CNBC's 'Final Trades'

On CNBC's “Halftime Report Final Trades,” Bryn Talkington of Requisite Capital Management said she likes free cash flow yield, and named Lennar Corporation LEN with a free cash flow yield of 11%.

On Aug. 5, Seaport Global analyst Kenneth Zener downgraded the rating for Lennar from Buy to Neutral.

Jim Lebenthal of Cerity Partners said Oracle Corporation ORCL is a well-valued tech stock.

On June 12, Oracle reported fourth-quarter revenue of $14.3 billion, missing the consensus estimate of $14.554 billion, according to Benzinga Pro. Oracle reported fourth-quarter adjusted earnings of $1.63 per share, missing average analyst estimates of $1.65 per share.

Stephanie Link of Hightower picked Seagate Technology Holdings plc STX as her final trade.

On July 23, Seagate Tech reported quarterly earnings of $1.05 per share. The company beat the analyst consensus estimate of 75 cents per share.

The company reported quarterly sales of $1.89 billion which beat the analyst consensus estimate of $1.877 billion. The company said it expects first-quarter revenue of approximately $2.1 billion, plus or minus $150 million, versus estimates of $1.877 billion.

The company anticipates first-quarter adjusted earnings of $1.40 per share, plus or minus 20 cents per share, versus estimates of 75 cents per share.

Price Action:

  • Lennar shares gained 0.9% to close at $182.06 during Friday's session.
  • Oracle shares gained 1.3% to settle at $141.29 during Friday's session.
  • Seagate shares gained 2.1% to settle at $99.55 on Friday.
