AMC Acquires 7 Theaters From Bow Tie Cinemas
AMC Entertainment Holdings (NYSE: AMC) is expanding its Northeast presence through the acquisition of seven theaters from the Bow Tie Cinemas chain. The financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
