Curaleaf Strengthens Presence In Germany Via New Cannabis Acquisition
Curaleaf Holdings, Inc. (TSX: CURA) (OTCQX: CURLF) said on Tuesday that it has signed a deal to acquire Northern Green Canada. NGC is a Canadian licensed producer of cannabis, with a focus on expanding in the international market through its EU-GMP certification. The company also partners with Canadian GACP cultivators to produce and distribute finished cannabis products to both the domestic and global markets.
