Benzinga's Bulls & Bears For The Past Week: Tesla And The Auto Parts Retailers

It may have been a holiday-shortened week, but Benzinga continued to feature a look at the prospects for many investor favorite stocks.

While it may be the season for cruising and summer road trips, it was other auto-related news that had much of the focus of investors this past week. Specifically, the collapse of the auto parts retailers and of the leading electric vehicle maker. In both cases the sell-offs can be traced back to company guidance, helped along by a big downgrades from the likes of Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley.
