Cramer Likes Oil

On CNBC's Mad Money Stop Trading segment, Jim Cramer let investors know that he is a fan of the oil sector right now. Cramer is really bullish on cyclical plays like the oil drilling sector. “It is amazing to see this group, really breaking out.” Cramer likes Schlumberger (SLB) based on the growing global demand for oil. He thinks that Haliburton's (HAL) earnings report is a preview of positive things to come for drillers. Parker Hannifin (PH) and Illinois Toolworks (ITW) are two industrial picks of Cramer. These companies should benefit from the burgeoning economic recovery. Cramer advised investors to stay away from Goldman Sachs (GS). He believes that it's "too hard" to make money investing in Goldman because the SEC investigation will hang over the firm for the foreseeable future.
