NASDAQ Stocks Hitting 52-Week Highs (INET, MICC, NUHC, SAPE)

Internet Brands Inc INET shares reached $13.19 to create a new 52-week high, before falling to $13.18, representing a 44.68% gain. INET has agreed to be purchased by an affiliate of Hellman & Friedman Capital Partners VI, LP for about $640 million or $13.35 per share in cash, representing a premium of about 46.5% over the closing price on September 17. Millicom International Cellular MICC shares gained 1.20% to touch a new 52-week high of $99.69. Analysts at Stifel Nicolaus downgraded MICC from “buy” to “hold.” Nu Horizons Electronics Corp NUHC shares jumped 102.20% to create a new 52-week high of $6.89. Arrow Electronics ARW has agreed to acquire NUHC for $7 per share in cash. Sapient Corporation SAPE shares gained 1.49% to create a new 52-week high of $11.61.
