The company also won a design win from IBM IBM, as one of Blueshift's sources cited the company's professional services and consulting as a strength. The source ultimately chose Alcatel over IBM for the project. Blueshift Ideas is a research boutique that caters to institutional and hedge fund managers. At last check, shares of Alcatel were down 1 cent to $5.32 on just over 18 million shares.
