General Motors, GXO Logistics And This REIT Feature On CNBC's 'Final Trades'

On CNBC’s “Halftime Report Final Trades,” Jim Lebenthal of Cerity Partners said General Motors Company GM is “trading at 90% of book value and 6 times earnings.” The legacy business of internal combustion engines and the electric and autonomous vehicle businesses are doing great, he stated.

Stephen Weiss of Short Hills Capital Partners mentioned that GXO Logistics Inc. GXO has “60% organic revenue growth.” Its shares are “compellingly cheap,” he added. The company is scheduled to report quarterly earnings this week, he mentioned.

Jenny Harrington of Gilman Hill Asset Management said National Retail Properties, Inc. NNN has a 5% dividend yield and “32 straight years of increasing the dividend.”
