On CNBC’s "Halftime Report Final Trades," Liz Young of BNY Mellon Investment Management named Vanguard Short-Term Treasury Index Fund VGSH as her final trade.

Stephen Weiss of Short Hills Capital Partners picked Meta Platforms, Inc. META.

Jason Snipe of Odyssey Capital Advisors named Comcast Corporation CMCSA, which reported better-than-expected results for the third quarter.

Disney recently announced it will acquire the 33% stake in Hulu it did not own from NBC Universal, a unit of Comcast.

Jim Lebenthal of Cerity Partners said Cisco Systems, Inc. CSCO has been flat for the last few months. That’s a "good entry point," he added.

Raymond James analyst Simon Leopold recently downgraded Cisco from Outperform to Market Perform.

Price Action: Meta shares gained 1% to close at $318.82, while Comcast shares fell 1% to settle at $42.04 on Tuesday. Cisco shares fell 0.3% to $53.13, while Vanguard Short-Term Treasury Index Fund gained 0.1% during Tuesday’s session.
