On CNBC's “Halftime Report Final Trades,” Joshua Brown of Ritholtz Wealth Management said Samsara Inc. IOT hit an all-time high on Friday.

On Sept. 5, Samsara reported quarterly earnings of 5 cents per share which beat the analyst consensus estimate of 1 cent per share. The company reported quarterly sales of $300.20 million which beat the analyst consensus estimate of $289.54 million.

Stephen Weiss of Short Hills Capital Partners picked iShares India 50 ETF INDY, saying declining interest rates are good for emerging market economies.

Jenny Van Leeuwen Harrington of Gilman Hill Asset Management said Aptiv PLC APTV trades at 9.5 times earnings, with 20% earnings growth over the next three years.

On Sept. 20, Wells Fargo analyst Colin Langan upgraded the rating for Aptiv from Equal-Weight to Overweight and raised the price target from $78 to $87.

Joseph M. Terranova of Virtus Investment Partners named Constellation Energy Corporation CEG as his final trade.

On Sept. 20, Constellation Energy announced it signed a 20-year power purchase agreement with Microsoft Corporation MSFT. The deal entails the launch of the Crane Clean Energy Center (CCEC) and the restart of Three Mile Island Unit 1, which was closed five years ago.

  • Aptiv shares fell 1% to settle at $69.84 on Friday.
