Marvell Technology Inc MRVL shares are trading lower by 3.23% to $50.35 Monday afternoon. Barclays analyst Blayne Curtis on Monday maintained Nvidia with an Overweight, but lowered the price target from $295 to $200.

Shares of semiconductor and chip companies at large were also trading lower last week in sympathy with Seagate Technology Holdings PLC STX, which reported worse-than-expected fourth-quarter results and issued weak first-quarter guidance. Weakness in Seagate has dimmed earnings sentiment for the broader semi space.
