REITs Come Off Highs (GGP, VNO, SPG)

Real estate investment trusts like General Growth Properties GGP, Simon Property Groups SPG and Vornado Realty Trust VNO are well off their highs of the session. This is interesting trend, considering we haven't seen much in the way of outperformance in these names, and there are few profits to be taken. If these names roll over and turn sharply negative, we could give back a good portion or all of today's broader equity gains. This is something to be aware of and traders should keep an eye out on it.
