1) Community Health Systems CYH: Shares have continued to build on earlier gains, currently up 18.77% to $30.75; sitting near the highs of the day. Skepticism has grown about Tenet Healthcare's THC lawsuit against the company. The stock took a huge hit in yesterday's session, trading down as low as $22.32 after Tenet's lawsuit alleging illegal admission of patients in order to benefit financially came to light. A downgrade from Above Average to Average at Caris is not holding the equity down.

2) Idenix Pharmaceuticals IDIX: Stock is continuing its climb into the afternoon, currently up 15.67% to $3.69 after starting the day in the red. The company was upgraded from Neutral to Buy at Bank of America BAC yesterday morning.

3) Anika Therapeutics ANIK: Shares are skyrocketing 10.47% to $9.81 after remaining neutral throughout most of the day. Buying pressure started to build at 1:30 p.m. EST.

4) Skilled Healthcare Group SKH: Although the stock is near the lows of the day, it is enjoying a gain of 7.13% to $15.02. The company has retained J.P. Morgan JPM to assist in a possible future sale of the company. Shares had been up as much as 14% earlier in the session.

5) United Continental Holdings UAL: The drop in oil today is lifting shares 7.12% to $21.98; at the highs of the day. Other notable movers: Biodel BIOD: Up 7.05% to $2.43; Sino Clean Energy SCEI: Up 5.34% to $4.14 after being down substantially earlier in the session; Duoyuan Global Water DGW: Up 5.14% to $3.17; surging in the afternoon hours.

1) CompuCredit Holdings CCRT: Equity continues to lose ground, currently down 24.47% to $5.00. The company is offering to purchase 13.1 million shares at $8 per share.

2) WMS Industries WMS: Shares have remained near the lows all session, taking a 17.42% hit to $29.91 after missing Wall Street earnings estimates yesterday.

3) Extreme Networks EXTR: Equity is negative by 14.75% to $2.89 after missing sales estimates for the third-quarter. Bloomberg had estimated sales of $83.9 million. The company said the number would be $76.5 million at the most.

4) Longtop Financial Technologies LFT: Although coming well off of the low of the day ($26.34), shares are down 11.42% to $27.50 after starting out the day relatively neutral.

5) Safe Bulkers SB: The equity is down 10.04% to $8.33. The company is offering 5 million shares at a 9.3% discount to Monday's closing price ($8.40 per share).
