FireEye Inc FEYE shares are trading lower by $1.95 (14 percent) at $11.02 in Friday's session.
The catalyst for the decline is a mixed Q4 report that included a Q4 EPS beat of $0.13 but on lower revenues by $6.26 million. The company also lowered Q1 guidance for EPS from estimates of $(0.24) to ($0.26-$0.28) and revenues from estimates of $176 million to the $160-$166 million range.
The disappointing report and guidance has taken the issue to a new all-time low, eclipsing the former low that was made on November 3 at $10.87.
After a lower open, it bottomed in the first minute of trading at $10.63 and began to move higher. So far, it has climbed into the $11.00 level as $11.08 stands as the current high. In order to reach the lower-end of Thursday's range, it would need to reach $12.92.
