ParkerVision: Another Case Of 'Sell The News'

ParkerVision, Inc. PRKR shares are trading higher by $0.34 at $2.93 in Wednesday's session. The issue received a big bump off the open following the announcement of favorable patent decisions against QUALCOMM, Inc. QCOM.

After getting way overdone in premarket trading as the issue peaked at $4.55, cooler heads have prevailed in the regular session. It should be noted the high matches to the penny its Oct. 7 high.

ParkerVision still managed to have a much higher open, but only rallied another $0.09 to $3.80 before profit-takers flooded the issue. Since reversing course it has continued to make new lows for the session with the current one standing at $2,85. In order to fill the void in price and reach the upper-end of Tuesday's session, it would need to reach $2.65.
