Deutsche Boerse , NYSE Considering Dividends, Share Buybacks At Combined Company -WSJ (NYX)

WSJ reports that NYSE Euronext NYX says, "considering a special dividend to help close Deutsche Boerse deal... NYSE also considering dividends and a share buyback at combined company... Deutsche Boerse planning to keep 60-40 ownership split of new company with NYSE."
