ITT Corporation Receives $11M Order to Supply Flygt Large Pumps for India's Power Market

ITT Corporation ITT announced that it has received its first major order to supply Flygt circulating water pumps for the growing power market in India. The order was placed by Coastal Energen Private Limited, a leading Indian energy company. The $11.65 million order comprises a complete electrical and mechanical package for the circulating water system and seawater intake systems at the Coastal Energen thermal power plant near Tuticorin in Tamilnadu, India and includes pumps, controls, engineering, computational fluid dynamics, sump model studies, start-up and commissioning.
