Ashford Hospitality Announces Exercise of Over-Allotment Option on Series E Preferred Stock Offering (AHT)

Ashford Hospitality Trust, Inc. AHT today announced the underwriters have exercised their option to purchase 350,000 shares of the Company's 9.000% Series E Cumulative Preferred Stock AHT in connection with Ashford's underwritten offering earlier this month. In total, the Company sold 3,350,000 shares of Series E Cumulative Preferred Stock at $25.00 per share.
