Ethan Allen Increases Cash Dividend $0.07/Share

Ethan Allen Interiors ETH announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.07 per share, a 40% increase, which will be payable to shareholders of record as of July 11, 2011 and will be paid on July 25, 2011. The Company also reported operating results for the three and nine months ended March 31, 2011.
