UPDATE: Deutsche Bank Raises PT on Norfolk Southern to $79 (NSC)

Deutsche Bank is out with its report today on Norfolk Souther NSC, raising its PT from $78 to $79. In a note to clients, Deutsche Bank writes, "We have raised our 2011-12 EPS estimates to $4.82 and $5.46, respectively, up from $4.61 and $5.42. Our new estimates incorporate Q1's upside results, better-than-expected yields, and higher-than-expected headcount. Our $79 PT is based on an unchanged 14.5x our raised 2012 EPS estimate of $5.46." Deutsche Bank maintains Buy on NSC. Shares of NSC closed Wednesday at $68.41, down 0.01% from Tuesday's close.
