Is The Verizon iPhone Not Selling Well? (AAPL, VZ)

Digitimes says that the CDMA version of the Apple AAPL iPhone has had its orders cut in half, as Pegatron, the company who assembles the CDMA version of the iPhone, has seen orders go from 10 million to 5 million. Verizon VZ sells the CDMA version of the iPhone in the United States. Over 3 million CDMA iPhone 4 handsets have been manufactured and shipped. There is no word that the CDMA iPhone is not selling well, it could just be a slowdown of units until the iPhone 5 hits shelves, which is expected to be in September. At last check, shares of Apple were off $2.25 to $347.90, while shares of Verizon are up 1 cent to $38.26.
