Entergy Reports First Quarter Earnings

Entergy Corporation ETR today reported first quarter 2011 as-reported earnings of $248.7 million, or $1.38 per share, compared with $213.8 million, or $1.12 per share, for first quarter 2010. On an operational basis, Entergy's first quarter 2011 earnings were $248.7 million, or $1.38 per share, compared with $253.7 million, or $1.33 per share, in first quarter 2010.
