Republic Airways April Revenue Passenger Traffic Miles Down 2%

Republic Airways Holdings RJET, today reported preliminary passenger traffic results for April 2011. The Company generated 1.7 billion revenue passenger miles, a 2% decrease from the same month last year, while available seat miles were unchanged. Block hours were 79,768 in April 2011, also unchanged from April 2010. Consolidated load factor was 79% versus 80% in April 2010. Nearly 2.6 million passengers were carried during the month, a 5% reduction from the same month last year.
