Quaker Chemical Corporation Prices Public Offering of 1.1M Shares at $40.50 per Share

Quaker Chemical Corporation KWR today announced the pricing of an underwritten public offering of 1,100,000 shares of its common stock, offered at a price to the public of $40.50 per share. Quaker has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an aggregate of 165,000 additional shares of common stock to cover overallotments, if any.
