Could The Next iPhone Be Wire Free? (AAPL, VZ)

According to this report from Mashable, the next version of the iPhone, the iPhone 5, could allow you to update the phone without having to plug it into your computer, and update it over the air. As first reported by 9to5 Mac, Apple AAPL has been talking to Verizon VZ about over the air updates. It's not known yet whether the same updates would happen with AT&T T. At last check, shares of Apple were down 52 cents to $349.05, a loss of 0.15%, while shares of Verizon were down 50 cents to $37.13, a loss of 1.33%.
