Citigroup Higher Today (C)

After falling close to 3% yesterday falling the reverse 1 for 10 split, shares of Citigroup C are modestly higher today, gaining 24 cents to $44.40, a gain of just over 0.5%. So far, just over 10 million shares have traded today.
