PAETEC is Sued by Klausner Technologies for Visual Voicemail Patent Infringement

Klausner Technologies, Inc. announced today that it has filed suit against PAETEC Holding Corp. PAET for patent infringement under its U.S. Visual Voicemail patents. The lawsuit is based on the sale in the United States of PAETEC's enterprise voicemail products such as PAETEC Mobile Link, PAETEC Visual Messaging Mobile Client, PAETEC / Allworx IP Phone System Servers, PAETEC IP Simple Solutions, PAETEC Hosted IP Telephony, PAETEC / Cavalier IPeer HPBX and PAETEC / VoiceEclipse, all of which allow users to selectively retrieve enterprise voicemail and which infringe Klausner Technologies' Visual Voicemail Patents.
