National Bankshares Declares Semi-Annual Dividend of $0.48; Continues Stock Repurchase Plan

The Board of Directors of National Bankshares, Inc. NKSH today approved payment on June 1, 2011 of a semi-annual dividend of $0.48 per share to all stockholders of record as of May 23, 2011. The dividend is 9.09% higher than the semi-annual dividend that was paid on June 1, 2010.
