Kirloskar Brothers Ltd. has signed an agreement to sell its entire 100% equity stake in Gondwana Engineers Ltd. for $10.5 million to Doshion Veolia Water Solutions Pvt. Ltd., a unit of Ahmedabad's Doshion Ltd.

China Petroleum & Chemical Corp. , or Sinopec, Asia's largest oil refiner by capacity, elected Fu Chengyu was as the company's chairman.
