NV Tyagarajan to Succeed Pramod Bhasin as CEO of Genpact

Genpact Limited G today announced that effective June 17, 2011, NV “Tiger” Tyagarajan will become the President and Chief Executive Officer of the company and will be appointed to the Board of Directors. Tyagarajan, the current Chief Operating Officer of Genpact, succeeds Pramod Bhasin who has decided to step down as CEO and member of the Board and become Non-Executive Vice Chairman of the company.
