J.P. Morgan Reiterates Overweight on Quality Systems, Raises PT to $99

J.P. Morgan reiterated its Overweight rating on Quality Systems QSII. At the same time, J.P. Morgan raised its price target on the company's stock from $88 to $99. In a research report published today, J.P. Morgan states, "We maintain our Overweight recommendation. We continue to like QSII's growth prospects going forward, particularly given its recent entry and successes in the inpatient market. We believe some multiple compression from current levels is possible, but expect solid earnings growth to drive the stock higher going forward." On Thursday, Quality Systems lost 1.67% of its value to close the day at $87.28. Its shares continued to slide in today's pre-market trading, losing 0.88% to trade around $86.51.
