PAETEC Announces XETA Acquisition Completion, Oppenheimer Maintains Not Rated On Both

According to Oppenheimer, PAETEC PAET has completed its acquisition of XETA Technologies XETA. In this morning's report, Oppenheimer writes "Paetec Holding (PAET, $4.46, Not Rated) announced it has completed its acquisition of XETA Technologies (XETA, $5.49, Not Rated). The transaction was previously announced on February 9th."
