Thomas C. Stortz Rejoins Level 3 as Chief Administrative Officer

Level 3 Communications, Inc. LVLT announced today that Thomas C. Stortz has been named executive vice president, chief administrative officer and secretary for the company with a broad range of responsibilities. Stortz, who had served as the company's chief legal officer since 1998, announced his retirement at the end of last year.
