TomoTherapy Shareholders Approve Merger

TomoTherapy Incorporated TOMO today announced that TomoTherapy shareholders have approved the Agreement and Plan of Merger, dated as of March 6, 2011, which provides for the acquisition by Accuray Incorporated ARAY of all of the outstanding shares of TomoTherapy.
