Ethan Allen Interiors Inc. and its subsidiaries ETH In anticipation of questions about business trends at upcoming meetings next week with financial analysts, Ethan Allen's Chairman and CEO, Farooq Kathwari commented, “While there are economic headwinds, we have continued to maintain our progress in written business (booked orders) during the months of April and May. We are benefitting from many marketing and operations initiatives taken during the last several years especially during the last three years with the advent of the ‘Great Recession'. We also continue to benefit from the leverage of our vertically integrated structure.”
