Sterne Agee Comments on Skyworks Acquisitions

Sterne Agee is providing a few words on Skyworks Solutions' SWKS recent acquisitions. “We believe the new acquisitions of SiGe-AATI, which are expected to be immediately accretive upon closing, will add $0.03-0.06 per quarter ($0.24 post-close for 4 quarters),” Sterne Agee writes. “Our FY11E and FY12E revenues/EPS are $1.42B/$1.86 (including the SiGe acquisition) and $1.70B/$2.18. Our F13E is $2.57. We believe ex-acquisitions core-SWKS could start to show some headwinds versus organic top-line momentum at peers.” Skyworks Solutions closed Monday at $21.70.
