Finish Line Inc. FINL is riding a favorable product cycle led by running and basketball sneakers, Jefferies reports.
“We believe that momentum carried into 1Q where we are modeling 10% comp growth,” Jefferies writes. “A tight operating model creates a very leverageable story despite some near-term product margin pressure from toning weakness. We expect management to become more aggressive on share repurchases in the coming quarters, which could provide further EPS upside.”
