U.S. Stocks Drop In Mixed Trade; Accenture Gains al

The major indexes were down but lifting off session lows at midday Friday, as worries over Italian banks offset a better-than-expected durable goods report. The Nasdaq composite and S&P 500 were off 0.7%, while the NYSE composite shed 0.6%. Volume was tracking slightly higher on the Nasdaq, but lower on the NYSE.
