Callidus Software Announces Addition to Russell 2000 Index

Callidus Software Inc. CALD announced today that it has been included in the list of additions to the Russell 2000 which was rebalanced after market close on June 24, 2011. "Our addition to the Russell 2000 index is a great reflection of our market leadership and the growth profile of our SaaS business model," said Leslie Stretch, President and CEO, Callidus Software. "Our inclusion in the Russell 2000 index will increase our visibility to a broader group of institutional investors and index funds and marks another key milestone for Callidus." The Russell 2000 Index measures the performance of the small-cap segment of the U.S. equity universe. The Russell 2000 Index is a subset of the Russell 3000® Index representing approximately 8% of the total market capitalization of that index. It includes approximately 2,000 of the smallest securities based on a combination of their market cap and current index membership.
