Tyler Technologies Signs ERP Agreement With The North Carolina State Ports Authority

Tyler Technologies, Inc. TYL has signed a contract with the North Carolina State Ports Authority for Tyler's Munis® enterprise resource planning solution. The agreement includes related professional services, maintenance and support. The NCSPA selected Tyler's Munis ERP solution to aid productivity, increase efficiencies and provide enhanced data visibility. The Authority will invest in a wide range of Munis applications, including financial management, human capital management and content management. “The NCSPA was impressed with Tyler Technologies' product demonstration and the intuitiveness of the Munis product, which will eliminate multiple standalone applications while providing a platform for a fully integrated solution. Tyler's technology aligns well with our internal IT strategy,” said Rick Koch, Vice President of Administration for the North Carolina State Ports Authority. “Munis' business intelligence tools will provide management with accurate, real-time information facilitating better decision-making. By moving to Munis, we anticipate a return on investment in less than four years, as well as the replacement of several other software products currently in use at the NCSPA.”
