CYPRESS and WOODLAND and SUGARLAND, Texas (PRWEB) January 06, 2019
"I want to bring my passion of technology as well as my love for engineering to teach the next generation of innovators and empower girls in STEAM," said Snapology of Cypress/Woodlands Owner Charu Palkamshetty."
Snapology of Cypress & The Woodlands owner, Charu Palkamshetty holds a Bachelor of Arts from India. She has 10 years of corporate experience in US and 9 years outside the US. She has a background in psychology and understands the importance of education and encourages children in her community. With her own children in mind, Charu was eager to bring Snapology's STEAM-based education lessons to the Children of Houston, TX.
"I believe that fortitude is key. At Snapology we believe a child should imagine, be creative, and let their curiosity bring out the best in themselves."
"My goal is to have afterschool enrichment programs to give more kids an opportunity to learn", Deepali said. "I want to set up summer recreation camps, so I'm looking for individuals interested in being partners."
"It's a great opportunity to bring children together," he said. "I schedule classes in various locations. Right now, I'm working with children ages 5 to 14."
Additionally, the curriculum is designed to benefit gifted and traditional students, as well as children with special needs, including those with sensory processing and autism spectrum disorders.
"Our approach is based on proven research; that children's best learning experiences come from actively designing, creating, interacting and inventing," says Charu & Deepali,
Noting that Snapology's work is about re-defining play and re-imagining learning.
"We're helping children develop the intellectual, emotional, social and creative skills that are of lifelong benefit to them and their communities."
