About Heinz And Elizalde
Heinz joined HempMeds in 2014 when Brazil’s National Health Surveillance Agency (Anvisa) approved the import of HempMeds’ CBD oil as the first-ever legally imported hemp-derived CBD product. Since joining the company, she has driven HempMeds sales in Brazil, created a network of Brazilian doctors and medical professionals to help introduce the product to the market, and successfully established two HempMeds Brasil offices.
Elizalde is well known for his fight to gain access to CBD hemp oil for his daughter Grace, which many say led to the legalization of medical cannabis in Mexico. Since joining HempMeds in 2017, he has drastically grown sales for HempMeds' throughout Latin America, especially in Mexico. He was even invited to speak to the World Health Organization at the Expert Committee on Drug Dependence Conference in Geneva, Switzerland in 2017.
“It is very clear that all three of these professionals have sincere dedication for our portfolio of companies and the work we are doing,” said Medical Marijuana, Inc. CEO Dr. Stuart Titus. “Our Latin American sales saw tremendous growth during 2018 and 2019 and are looking forward to witnessing how Raul and Caroline will utilize their skills and strategies to grow the global HempMeds brand.”
